For optimal hair health, sew-in extensions last 6-8 weeks, tape-ins 8-12 weeks, microlinks 6-8 weeks, and K-tips can last 5-6 months. While extensions may last longer than these recommendations, it's not ideal for hair health.

  • Yes, I provide hair from Eway Extensions, and all hair is raw and unprocessed. If you need hair included with your service, please make sure to select the appropriate option when booking.

  • No, extensions do not cause hair loss as long as you follow proper care and maintenance practices.

  • To sleep with hair extensions, use a bonnet or silk scarf to protect them from friction. It's also important to detangle your hair regularly to keep it in good condition.

COLOR FAQ

  • You can achieve highlights with a previous color based on your hair's current condition and your desired outcome. An in-person consultation, along with a test strand, is advisable as the first step.

  • The duration of each person's hair color is influenced by their unique growth rate, typically lasting between 8 to 12 weeks before requiring a touch-up.

  • Yes, you can achieve color with your extensions. You have the option to match the extensions to your natural hair color or to add color specifically to the extensions for a faux highlight effect.

  • Prioritizing moisture is crucial for aftercare. K18 treatments provide significant benefits for hair health. Consider purchasing a moisture, repair, or color shampoo. Frequent shampooing may accelerate color fading.

POLICY

CANCELATION POLICY

When scheduling your service, we require a card to reserve your appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. 100% No call no show and 50% last minute. You are able to cancel or reschedule online. For help canceling your appointment please text (317)354-5923. You can reschedule anytime online but keep in mind you may not find a sooner appointment as my books do fill quickly.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time, we will need to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late, and a last minute cancellation charge will apply. Please let us know if you are running late by texting (317)354-5923.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Card is preferred. Also offer Cash, Zelle, and Check.  All card transactions will be 4% processing fee.

APPOITMENT PREP

Please come detangled and all previous style taken down. Unless you book an add on service to accommodate.

DEPOSITS

All clients must pay a 10$ deposit for basic appointments, 150$ any appointment including hair. Payments taken through Zelle, cash app, or card invoice.
